The stories I share here are to bring awareness to the intergenerational patterns many of us inherit - the unspoken wounds, expectations, and cultural norms that quietly shape who we become.
Every person in my story (myself included) is shaped by their own environment - by unhealed pain, conditioning, and the patterns they learned to survive. My intention is to shed light on the cycles that shaped us all, not to assign blame to anyone. I see them as part of a much larger story - one that spans generations.
These reflections are about understanding - not accusing - and about healing together.
Because when we choose awareness over silence, compassion over resentment, we begin to break the cycle for everyone who comes after us.
This story isn’t mine alone.
It’s for anyone who’s ever dimmed their light to ease others' discomfort.
May it remind you to pause, to reflect,
and to help end the patterns that once silenced you. ❤️
